Job description
CoBank in Greenwood Village, CO, seeks an in-house Associate General Counsel to support commercial loan transactions and related matters. You will provide legal counsel to banking teams, negotiate contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance across our lending activities.
The role requires a JD from an accredited school, state bar admission, and 1 year (2 preferred) in commercial transactions or lender relations. Hybrid work option available.
