Job description
Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to handle a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including negotiations, document review, regulatory compliance, licensing, and dispute resolution.
You will support business transactions and counsel leadership on legal risk across the organization. The role requires an active state bar, a minimum of five years in legal practice (in-house or firm), strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
