Job description
E-Space is seeking a dynamic Corporate Counsel to draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, supporting purchasing and procurement, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role is based in Arlington, Texas and reports to the General Counsel.
The ideal candidate will have a JD, active state bar status, 3–5 years in contract law, and strong drafting and negotiation skills with experience in procurement and supply chain issues.
