Job description
Energo is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel focused on receivables and collections to lead legal recovery efforts across a growing portfolio of commercial and multifamily clients in NY.
You will own AR recovery strategy, manage outside counsel, draft and negotiate contracts, advise on regulatory risks, and collaborate with Finance to strengthen billing practices and reduce bad debt.
