Job description
First Carolina Bank and BM Technologies seeks an Associate Counsel to partner with executive leadership and business teams. You will identify legal risks, craft practical solutions, and support strategic regulatory, governance, and transactional matters across banking and fintech domains.
You will draft and negotiate agreements, advise on corporate governance, privacy, and regulatory obligations, and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and HR to balance risk with business goals.
