Intuitive is seeking an experienced in-house attorney in Sunnyvale, CA to draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements. The role requires substantial in-house and/or law firm experience, with a focus on healthcare technology contracts and related matters.
You will counsel internal stakeholders, develop contract templates, and coordinate with IP, data privacy, employment, regulatory, and compliance teams.
