Job description
New York State Bar Association seeks an experienced attorney to draft, manage and revise contracts, review publications for legal compliance, and support litigation across departments.
The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of associate-level experience or paralegal with a law degree, and must be licensed to practice in NY. Strong pleadings, discovery and real estate closing experience are highly valued.
