Job description
Homestead Home Health Care in Farmington Hills, Michigan, is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to oversee legal, Medicaid, and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance, represent the company in court, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Applicants must have a Juris Doctor (JD) and be licensed with the Michigan Bar. Strong experience in Medicaid and healthcare compliance is preferred, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
