Senior Manager, Legal, Ventures - San Jose, CA
Key Responsibilities
Lead drafting and negotiating definitive agreements, performing due diligence, and managing and closing venture capital and other investment transactions.
Collaborate with and manage teams consisting of other company in‑house attorneys, company personnel, and outside advisors (including outside counsel) on company ventures and investment matters.
Advise and work closely with a variety of key stakeholders, including senior executives, company ventures, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Investor Relations, Communications, HR, and business functions.
