Corporate Attorney, General Corporate (Buffalo, NY)
Responsibilities
Assist the General Counsel (GC ) with legal matters to support the company, its subsidiaries, and affiliates.
Liaise with internal stakeholders at all company levels, outside counsel, and external stakeholders.
Handle a diverse range of duties and responsibilities while exercising initiative and independent judgment in a fast‑paced environment.
