Counsel, Government Contracts – Hawthorne, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Government and commercial contracts, including prime contracts, and assist mission managers with contract performance.
Negotiate government contracts, non-disclosure agreements and subcontractor/vendor contracts.
Draft responses to government and commercial proposal solicitations in coordination with mission managers and engineers.
