Job description
We are helping a privately held financial services company with its search for an in-house legal counsel.
The ideal candidate is a litigation attorney who has practiced in a large law firm for at least 6 years.
However, the scope of this role is broad, and it won't focus solely on litigation management. You'll have the opportunity to draft and review commercial contracts, employment agreements, company policies, and business guidelines.
Experience handling international regulatory matters or data privacy issues is preferred but not required.
