Job description
Dorsia, headquartered in New York, seeks a General Counsel to own the legal function as the sole in-house lawyer. You will manage corporate governance, investor relations, and equity administration while leading legal strategy for financings and acquisitions.
You’ll provide product and regulatory counsel, oversee privacy and employment initiatives, and negotiate the commercial agreements that drive our venue and partner ecosystem.
