Job description
Minard Enterprises is seeking a strategic General Counsel to manage the full legal footprint across multiple entities. You will be the first in-house legal hire, partnering with the founder and leadership to structure deals, navigate regulatory complexity, and protect the business.
The role covers corporate governance, contract drafting, licensing, M&A support, and outside counsel management across gaming, entertainment, technology, and emerging sectors.
