Libra Solutions seeks a full-time In-House Corporate Contract Attorney to lead drafting, review, and negotiation of core commercial agreements, including payer/provider arrangements, MSO structures, and BAAs under HIPAA.
The ideal candidate has healthcare contracting judgment, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and can translate regulatory and deal issues into practical guidance for our operations.
This role supports teams in Las Vegas and across time zones.
