Job description
Fayette Chamber of Commerce is seeking an experienced in-house counsel to support its PHC Legal Department. The role focuses on providing advice to hospital operators and physician practices, reviewing contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization.
The successful candidate will draft various agreements, perform due diligence for transactions, and coordinate alongside outside counsel. A JD and bar admission are mandatory, with GA Bar preferred for local practice.
