Job description

Trulieve seeks an in-house Labor and Employment Counsel to manage agency proceedings before EEOC, NLRB, DOL, and state/local agencies. With 3+ years in administrative matters, you will own employment charges, conduct internal investigations, advise HR, and coordinate with outside counsel in a fast-paced, multistate organization.

The role reports to the Associate General Counsel and requires strong writing, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
