Job description
Trulieve seeks an in-house Labor and Employment Counsel to manage end-to-end agency proceedings before EEOC, NLRB, DOL, and similar bodies. The role requires 3+ years of agency matter experience, strong writing, and the ability to supervise investigations and outside counsel while advising HR on policy updates.
