Job description
Mayer LLP in Texas is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across our Houston and San Antonio offices. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop strategies, and present qualified candidates for Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Secretaries, and other roles.
You will handle multiple requisitions, post compelling descriptions, source candidates, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate ATS data (Lever).
