Job description
Yadav Enterprises, Inc. in Fremont, California seeks a highly motivated in-house Counsel with at least three years of litigation experience to join our legal team. The role supports employment disputes, commercial claims, personal injury, class actions, and other proceedings across our restaurant brands.
You will draft, research, and investigate matters, coordinate with outside counsel, and help shape litigation strategy while upholding our brand values and risk tolerance.
