Job description
Lennar in Miami seeks an in‑house Legal Counsel – Litigation to partner with divisional leaders, evaluate claims, resolve disputes, and manage risk on day‑to‑day business matters. You will work closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, Risk, and stakeholders to balance legal risk with business objectives.
You will have opportunities to develop practical litigation experience inside a large public company and contribute to a fast‑moving legal team with broad exposure to business decisions.
