Job description
Mattamy Homes is seeking an experienced U.S. in-house attorney to serve as the primary legal partner for marketing, compliance and vendor contracts across our U.S. operations, including 11 markets. You will review content across digital and print channels, advise on disclosures and regulatory requirements, and negotiate master services and IP licenses.
Ideal candidate has a J.D. from a U.S. law school and at least five years in consumer protection or advertising law, preferably with homebuilder
