Job DescriptionAs an In-House Marketing Rep, you will play a key role in pre-qualifying and scheduling prospective guests and current owners for meetings with our sales representatives for vacation ownership presentations at our resorts.ResponsibilitiesServe as a positive, professional brand ambassador, representing Hilton Grand Vacations.Act as a concierge, offering local information to enhance the guest experience.Collaborate with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of incoming guests.Greet and present prospective customers, incentivizing them to attend a sales preview tour.Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.Schedule sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.QualificationsSales or marketing experience is preferred but not required.Meeting production standards is a must.Excellent communicatorAbility to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
