We accomplish our mission by incorporating data and technology with hyperlocal customer service to all units.We are seeking an experienced In-House Mason with multifamily property experience to join our CapEx team. This position will perform masonry, concrete, brick, tuckpointing, and related repairs across our apartment communities.The Mason will work directly with the CapEx Manager to complete projects efficiently, maintain quality standards, and reduce reliance on outside contractors.Responsibilities:Complete brick, block, concrete, mortar, and tuckpointing repairsRepair sidewalks, steps, walls, foundations, and other masonry surfacesPerform masonry work associated with apartment turns and CapEx projectsIdentify masonry issues and determine the appropriate repairComplete assigned projects on schedule and according to scopeMaintain a clean and safe work areaMaintain tools, equipment, and company vehicleDocument completed work and materials usedTravel between multifamily properties throughout the Chicago areaCommunicate project status and material needs to the CapEx Manager
