Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Wellsville, NY. This full-time position focuses on planning, organizing, directing occupational therapy services to ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with applicable standards.
Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, creating treatment plans, scheduling, and documentation/billing, with supervision of COTA as needed.
