Evolve Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Wellsville, NY. This full-time role focuses on evaluating residents, planning therapy, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.
Responsibilities include screenings, treatment planning, scheduling, documenting care, and supervising COTAs to ensure accurate billing and clinical excellence. Active NY OT licensure required.
