Job description
Evolve Therapy Services in Antigo, WI seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. You will plan, direct, and provide OT services, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.
Position supports full-time, part-time, or PRN work. Requires OT degree and active license; responsibilities include screening residents, developing treatment plans with measurable goals, and supervising COTA.
