Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to work in-house at a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Tulsa, OK. The PRN position involves planning, implementing, and directing physical therapy services to residents in accordance with applicable standards and CMS expectations.
You will evaluate residents, develop short- and long-term treatment plans, and communicate progress to families and the interdisciplinary team. Licensure and ongoing CEU participation are required.
