Job description
Mattamy Homes is seeking a Senior Real Estate Counsel in Tampa, FL to support land acquisition, entitlements, zoning, and development. You will draft and negotiate complex real estate contracts, review title and development docs, and represent the company in disputes with customers and contractors.
The role requires a J.D. and Florida license, 12+ years of real estate law experience, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel to multiple offices.
