Job description
Dwight Capital LLC is seeking an Assistant General Counsel for its New York City office. The role focuses on financing, joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions in commercial real estate, with a responsibility to manage outside counsel and mitigate risk.
Strong negotiation, drafting, and coordination with internal teams are essential. The ideal candidate is a NY-licensed attorney with 4+ years in real estate finance, REITs/warehouse lines preferred, and experience with loan syndications
