EYA, LLC, a premier residential developer in the Washington, DC metro area, seeks an Associate General Counsel - Real Estate Transactions to join its in-house legal team.
This role suits a real estate attorney with 3–7 years of transactional experience, supporting development deals, title and survey work, due diligence, and closings across the DMV. You will grow into independent ownership of matters from diligence through closing, collaborating with the GC and cross-functional teams.
