In-House Roofer/CarpenterJoin our dynamic team at Paul Davis Restoration of Northwest Indianapolis as an In-House Roofer/Carpenter! This exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your skills in roofing and carpentry to restore homes and businesses to their former glory.ResponsibilitiesPerform emergency service board-ups and roof tarpsPerform roofing repairs and installations on residential and commercial properties.Execute carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.Inspect and assess damage to roofs and structures to determine necessary repairs.Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status and recommendations.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in roofing and carpentry.Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.RequirementsProven experience in roofing and carpentry, preferably in a restoration setting.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Certification in roofing or carpentry is a plus.Paul Davis Restoration of Northwest Indianapolis has been serving the community for over 30 years, providing top-notch restoration services.
