Job description
Allstate Foundation seeks a Senior Trial Attorney to defend bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, coordinate between legal teams, and handle hearings, mediations, and depositions. You'll counsel business clients and monitor evolving laws to keep strategies sharp.
Require Juris Doctorate and Nevada Bar. 3+ years of proven litigation, plus ability to travel in the Las Vegas area and work well in a remote environment. A strong team player with research and writing skills is essential.
