Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-house Skilled Nursing Facility team in Silvis, IL. This role offers Full Time, Part Time, or PRN schedules to provide high-quality speech therapy services and ensure CMS-compliant documentation.
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's in Speech Language Pathology, CCC, and an active SLP license, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and patient-centered care.
