Job description
Evolve Therapy Services in Antigo, WI is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility to support resident communication and swallowing needs within a collaborative care team. This role offers Full Time, Part Time, or PRN schedules.
A Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, CCC, and an active SLP license in the state(s) of practice are required, with ongoing education encouraged.
