Job description
Evolve Therapy Services, LLC in Marion, OH, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-house SNF services and lead therapy planning.
You will assess residents, develop treatment plans, document per CMS and NetHealth EMR, and coordinate FEES/MBS protocols with site staff. A valid state license, CCC, and ongoing CEUs are required. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.
