Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Tupper Lake, NY. The role supports planning, directing, and delivering speech pathology services to residents in accordance with applicable standards.
The position offers flexibility with Full Time, Part Time or PRN options. Active NY SLP licensure, CCC and ongoing professional development are required to maintain high quality resident care.
