Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Columbus, NE. This full-time role focuses on planning, delivering, and coordinating speech-language pathology services with CMS-compliant documentation.
Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, FEES/MBS protocol oversight, and educating residents, families, and staff to ensure daily carryover of therapy goals.
