Job description
Evolve Therapy Services in Grand Island, NE, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. This PRN position focuses on delivering comprehensive speech therapy services and coordinating with the care team to meet resident needs.
You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, educate patients and families, complete CMS-compliant documentation, and oversee FEES/MBS protocols, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance.
