Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Pahokee, FL. This part-time/PRN role supports high-quality resident care with emphasis on evaluation, treatment planning, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities include providing therapy services, documenting in NetHealth EMR, and coordinating FEES/MBS protocols. Eligible candidates hold a Master’s in SLP, CCC, and an active license in the state.
