Job description
Evolve Therapy Services in Waterbury, CT is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. This position offers Full Time, Part Time, or PRN schedules to fit your availability.
You will plan, direct and provide speech pathology services, advance treatment plans, and collaborate with residents, families, and staff. A Master’s in SLP, CCC, and an active state license are required, along with ongoing professional development.
