Job description
Signal and Strand seeks an in-house Tax Attorney & Contracts Counsel in Beverly Hills, CA. You will shape tax-efficient structures, draft and close agreements end-to-end, and guide transactions for a high-net-worth family office. Experience in tax and transactional law is essential.
The role reports to the General Counsel / COO, requiring discretion and strong judgment in a lean team. On-site, with a discretionary annual bonus and complex wealth planning exposure.
