Job description
Garrison, a growing private life sciences company in Maryland, seeks an experienced tax attorney to become the first dedicated in-house tax counsel. You will own the tax function, shape the U.S.
and international tax strategy, and report to the General Counsel while collaborating with senior leadership. You will lead tax planning and structuring across the business, advise on cross-border transactions, and guide tax positions and disputes.
