Job description
First American seeks a licensed attorney to join its in-house claims team in Berwyn, PA. You will investigate, evaluate, and determine loss and defense coverage liability, and resolve claims while coordinating with inside teams and outside counsel.
You will establish settlement reserves, negotiate with claimants and counsel, attend mediations and court appearances, review invoices, and provide initial evaluations for recovery.
