Job description
Allstate is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to defend bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, coordinate hearings, mediations, and trial strategy. You will advise business clients and collaborate with various legal teams while monitoring evolving laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of litigation experience, first/second chair trial exposure, and strong research skills, with comfort working remotely and willingness to travel across New Jersey.
