Job description
Allstate’s legal team in Northern Virginia seeks an Early Career Trial Attorney to defend insureds and the Company across bodily injury and property damage matters. You’ll manage cases from inception through verdict, coordinate with claims teams, and stay ahead of evolving laws.
You will draft pleadings, perform research, interview witnesses, and attend hearings, depositions, and arbitrations as needed. This in-house role offers growth and mentorship within a dynamic environment.
