Allstate is seeking an Early Career Trial Attorney to join our legal team in New York. You will handle bodily injury, property damage lawsuits, and related arbitrations, mediations, and occasional trials.
You will provide vital counsel to business clients and coordinate between legal teams to keep strategies sharp and proactive. You will monitor evolving laws and regulations, engage in ongoing training, and contribute to a high-performance in-house litigation function.
