Job description
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan seeks an in-house Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney to defend litigated claims across venues in Iowa and Nebraska. The attorney will conduct research, examine records, attend depositions, consult with witnesses and personnel, and participate in settlements.
Leadership and expertise on major company projects are expected. The role requires a JD and bar admission, with at least four years of legal experience, preferably in insurance, and the ability to work
