Job description
AF Group, a premier insurer, seeks a Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney to join its in-house litigation team. The role defends claims across Iowa and Nebraska, reporting to the General Counsel, conducting research, depositions, negotiations, and providing strategic leadership on major projects.
Requires a Juris Doctor and bar admission, at least four years of legal experience (two in insurance). Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and project-management skills are essential.
