Job description
Epic Minds Therapy seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, applying ABA techniques under BCBA supervision in in-person settings.
You will collect data, contribute to assessments, and collaborate with families and professionals to support progress and quality of life. HIPAA-compliant documentation and ongoing training are required.
